In our capacity as fiscal representative, we are jointly liable and responsible with regard to taxable commercial operations in Bulgaria.

Bulgarian Law on value added tax oblige the foreign person shall be registered through an accredited representative when the foreign person implements leviable deliveries having place of performance on the territory of the state and meets the requirements of this law for obligatory registration /sells over 50000 leva= 25565 euro on the unregistration firms or persons in Bulgaria/
